Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Return condition

Items must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed, damaged, altered, or tagless items may not be eligible for return.

Final sale and exclusions

Final sale items and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless required by law.

Starting a return

To start a return, email info@awakndland.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Return shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Refund timing

Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
