Shipping
We know you're excited to receive your Awakndland Item, and we aim to get it to you as soon as possible.
Shipping times can vary, but in general, Next day shipping applies to orders placed before 4pm EST. Our warehouse only operates Monday to Friday, so orders received after 2pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.
All orders within the U.S. include free shipping. The price you see on our website includes all taxes, duties and fees. We pay them all for you.
For orders shipping outside of the U.S. shipping will be calculated at checkout.
The shipping companies we partner with vary based on your location. Generally speaking we work with carriers such as UPS, USPS and Fedex.
Our warehouse is located in East Rutherford, New Jersey, which is where all the orders ship from.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated in a few days, please get in touch through the Contact Us page. alternatively you could Email Us at info@awakndland.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into this further for you.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and this will include all the tracking information for your order.
Returns and Refunds

We aim to ship out all orders as quickly as possible so please check your address before completing your order.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to change any information after your order has shipped. But you can use the tracking link to redirect your order to a safe place. Please get in touch or email info@awakndland.com if you need any help with this and we’ll happily assist.
Awakndland currently ships orders within the continental U.S. however we are working to expand our shipping network to include delivery worldwide.
If for any reason, you're not satisfied, you have the option to return your item for a full refund, we understand that making a return decision may take some time, which is why we offer a 14 day return period from the date of receiving.
To ensure a hassle-free return process, please make sure that the returned item is in unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged due to improper packaging.

Return shipping from within the U.S. are free.
Returns are processed within 3 working days.
If you haven't heard from us and you’re concerned, please get in touch or email info@awakndland.com with your return tracking number and we’ll try to speed things up.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 7 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
